TC provides athletic based training in a group setting, which provides encouragement and motivation.  TC Camp is an hour-long session that consists of strength and conditioning, explosive exercise, core work, agility, and conditioning based courses.  TC Camp is open to all ages, gender and training level.  All of these components help provide a total body workout experience for everyone to get the most out of their training (Athleticism, training, and weight loss).
